The United States, Mexico, and Canada reached an agreement to modernize the 25 year old NAFTA two years ago.  Starting its third year, Canada and Mexico remain the top trading partners to the United States.  Enacted on July 1, 2020, the agreement has been going well;  however, it has faced some challenges.

Jorge Torres, president of Interlink Trade Services, will give an update of the USMCA and how it impacts cross-border trade and its effect on the supply chain along with U.S Administration trade policy.  Jorge will also provide insight about provisions, changes and disputes that have arisen under the USMCA.
